The inspiration for starting our recruitment and sending agency stems from my own personal journey in Japan. When I first arrived, I could barely speak the language and felt completely lost. However, many Japanese people extended their kindness to me—offering both support and the firm encouragement I needed to grow. Those experiences taught me invaluable lessons that shaped who I am today.

My wish is for the youth of Myanmar to have these same life-changing opportunities. By gaining professional experience in Japan, I believe they will return home ready to contribute significantly to the development of Myanmar.

At the same time, I feel a deep sense of fulfillment in being able to “give back” to Japan by helping to address its serious labor shortages. I view this work of connecting Myanmar and Japan as a vital mission, and I undertake it with the utmost pride and responsibility.
